18000 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the 18000 platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.
1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By registering for or using the 18000 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 18000 platform.
To use this platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
- Be legally eligible to enter into a binding contract in Malaysia;
- Not be located in any jurisdiction where the use of such online services is prohibited;
- Register using accurate, current, and complete personal information.
18000 reserves the right to request proof of identity or age at any time for account verification purposes. Accounts that are not verified within the stipulated timeframe may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is completed.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to register one account only on the 18000 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated without notice.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your account password and login credentials confidential;
- All activity conducted through your account, whether carried out by you or any other party;
- Notify 18000 immediately should any unauthorised access to your account occur;
- Not sharing or transferring your account to any other party.
Users are prohibited from using this platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, illegal activities, or any action that could compromise the integrity of the 18000 system. Any attempt to exploit system bugs, use unauthorised automated software, or manipulate games is strictly prohibited.
18000 reserves the right to suspend or close any account suspected of violating these terms without prior notice in cases involving fraud or illegal activity.
3. Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 18000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include online banking via FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other FPX-supported Malaysian banks) as well as e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet.
Important information regarding financial transactions:
- Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed;
- Withdrawals are processed according to the schedule stated in the account section once the identity verification process is complete;
- Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the policies stated in your account dashboard;
- 18000 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment processors;
- Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account details are accurate and belong to them.
Any activity suspected of involving financial fraud, or the unauthorised use of another party's credit card or bank account, will result in immediate account suspension and a report being filed with the relevant authorities.
4. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
18000 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding the continuity, accuracy, or availability of its services at any time. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 18000 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including technical disruptions, data loss, or device damage.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 18000 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, icons, and software — is the exclusive property of 18000 or parties that have licensed it to 18000. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any of this content without prior written consent from 18000.
Third-Party Links
The 18000 platform may contain references or links to third-party services such as payment processors or game providers. 18000 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites or services. Users are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of each third-party service separately.
5. Suspension Policy, Account Closure & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension and Closure
18000 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account that:
- Violating any of the terms set out in this document;
- Is suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities;
- Registering with false information or using another person's identity;
- Having multiple accounts registered by the same user;
- Failing to complete the identity verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 18000 customer support team by email at [email protected]. Any eligible account balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures once the closure request has been verified.
Changes to These Terms
18000 reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the platform or their registered email. Continued use of the 18000 platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of the 18000 platform shall first be resolved through mutually agreed channels, and if no resolution is reached, the matter will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
Users agree that any claim or legal action relating to the 18000 platform must be filed within one (1) year of the date of the incident giving rise to the claim. Claims filed after this period will not be entertained.
